Ecoease Panel Giveaway Competition Terms and Conditions

• To enter the draw, entrants must like and share any post about the competition on Facebook or re-tweet any competition tweet on Twitter. This must take place between 16:00 on the 3^rd of January 2019 and 10:00 on the 17^th January 2019. It is possible to gain a maximum of two entries into the competition by liking and sharing on Facebook, as well as re-tweeting on Twitter.
• Entry is open to residents of the UK except employees (and their families) of Ecoease (UK), its partners and agents, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions.
• The promoter is Ecoease, The Internet Shop, Unit 13, Earlstrees Court, Earlstrees Rd, Corby, NN17 4AX.
• The entrant(s) must be aged 18 or over. Proof of identity and age may be required.
• Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
• Entrants need to be Facebook and/or Twitter members to take part in this competition.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible and/or indecipherable will not be valid and will be deemed void.
• All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
• Entrants using multiple Twitter or Facebook accounts will be disqualified. Entries must comply with the terms and conditions of Twitter and Facebook.
• Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
• No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost due to computer error in transit.
• The prize is as stated, fully made-up Measure to Fit secondary glazing for one window of a maximum size of 2m x 1m. Monetary value average £230.
• Delivery of the prize will be made subject to all necessary information being submitted to the promoter. Including the window size required, name, address and contact number of the winner.
• As the prize is made to measure, the prize will be made up and sent out with 7-10 working days from receipt of all necessary information.
• The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competition at any time.
• The winner may not exchange the prize for cash or another cash alternative.
• The draw will be completed at random at 14:00 on the 17^th of January 2019. From then the winners’ name will be available upon request.
• The winner must be able to provide a full name, home address, phone number and email address when contacted through Facebook or Twitter.
• If the winning entrant does not reply on social media within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the right to draw again for another winner.
• By liking, sharing or re-tweeting the competition information on social media, the entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The winning entrant agrees to have their name published on social media and the company website as the winner of the competition.
• By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Ecoease and not to Twitter or Facebook. This competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Twitter or Facebook. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Ecoease and not Twitter or Facebook.
