Tax Charges
VAT is included in all prices and is charged at the standard rate.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted when they reach our payment processor. They are not held in clear text on any web site, and we do not store the card details.

Shipping and Handling

Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge. Orders under £100 are subject to a standard delivery charge of £11.95. These charges relate to deliveries within the UK mainland. Please contact the sales office to confirm delivery charges to the Scottish Highlands and offshore UK destinations.

Delivery Schedule

Our lead time is currently 2 weeks from receipt of order.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 any unused product purchased through a website site can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt for a 100% refund, if in its original condition and in the original packaging. The only exception to this is when goods have been custom-made to order. Due to the nature of our products, all of our Glazing panels are made to order to specified sizes provided by the customer, therefore no refunds can be given unless the item is received faulty or damaged upon delivery.

Any claims for damages or missing items must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.

Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of the product any cancellations should be notified to us as soon as possible, and no later than 24 hours from order being placed. A cancellation charge of 5% of the total sum will be charged and the remainder of the invoice amount refunded. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days.
